I am a PhD researcher at the Amsterdam School for Cultural Analysis (Philosophy Department - Capaciteitsgroep Philosophy and Public Affairs). My research, supervised by Prof. Robin Celikates, Prof. Guy Geltner, and Dr. Hanneke Stuit, which intersects history and political theory, examines formations of resistance manifested in practices of everyday life under conditions of extreme control. Concurrently, I also hold a teaching position at PPLE College (UvA).
Starting from 2017, I have been engaged in teaching at PPLE College, which offers an interdisciplinary BSc programme in Politics, Psychology, Law, and Economics at the University of Amsterdam. Throughout this time, I have instructed diverse courses such as Politics, Power, and Governance, Rhetoric, Human Rights and Politics, and Societal Challenges. Additionally, I have provided supervision for theses focusing on the analysis of resistance and protest.
